The September meeting for 2014 will be on SUNDAY again, on the 21st September.

The meeting will run from 12pm to 2pm in the Shakespeare Hotel at 200 Devonshire Street in Surry Hills, which is about 5-10 minutes walk from Central station.

Come into the bar and head towards the tables at the back.

Post into this thread about this meeting. Eg, whether or not you can come along, whether you need your arm twisted to finish that new story in time, etc.

I've put it in my calendar. Let's hope the family doesn't derail me this time.

Don't think I'll have anything to put up for this month. I'm about to start drafting a new novel, which won't be fit to be seen by then.

Hi, I'm sorry I won't be able to make it this time and I'm really disappointed! It's school holidays and it's the only weekend my husband can come with us up to our caravan in the holidays. Really wanted to to post my first few chapters of my book and start with critiquing, but with definitely go to the next one. Have a great meeting. Lisa

(If it's a very short story you can bring it in on Sunday, but it's always better if people have a chance to read it and think about comments before the meeting.)
