The Sunday 22nd October 2017 meeting will be held from 12pm to 3pm in the Shakespeare Hotel at 200 Devonshire Street in Surry Hills, which is about 5-10 minutes walk from Central station.
Come into the bar and head upstairs! We'll have our own room.
PLEASE NOTE if you are coming by car or bike: much of Devonshire Street has been closed off due to work on the tram line. Allow extra time to find your way around and find a park, or consider coming by public transport.
Here is a handy Google map.
Post into this thread about this meeting. Eg, whether or not you can come along, whether you need your arm twisted to finish that new story in time, etc.

Hi all,
Won't be there on Sunday. Assessments due in 2 weeks Crazy time! See y'all next month, hopefully (end of semester, I usually don't open my laptop for a good month or two).
Cheers,
Marianna

Re: Sunday 22nd October 2017
I've just uploaded my comments for the three stories.
As previously discussed, we can try out something new: you can either write your own comments on the stories, or pick up existing comments and add to them (and add your name, so "Naomi notes" would be "Naomi Jemima notes" etc).
There is also a way to merge multiple Word docs into one so that all the comments appear in one document. I wrote a post here:
http://www.infinitaswriters.com/forum/v ... f=13&t=289
It's a little tedious as you have to combine one at a time, but once they're all together, it's very handy for review.
(Although, it also sounds like everybody is screaming at you at once.)

Hi all,
I have to admit I've been lurking around for a while but too shy to say hello or post anything. I'm currently working on a court intgrigue/political drama/romance/action adventure in an very AU ancient China setting with only occasional interferences from mystical elements. I actually wasn't sure if this genre(?) was a fit for this group and only just realised the meeting was for tomoorrow. Is it too late to post something?

Hi shxinny!
Yeah, it's too late to post for tomorrow's meeting, but you can post something for next month (due dates will be posted in the forum).
But come along tomorrow anyway and see how we operate!
