I've created a new user group in the forum called 'Members', and I've assigned all our active users to that group.
I've tested permissions, but please let me know if there are things you should be able to do but can't (or things you shouldn't be able to do, but can!)
I will soon be re-opening user registrations to the board again, but new users will not be able to see the Member Archive, and while they'll be able to read and comment on stories in Monthly Workshops, they won't be able to post stories (ie they can't start a new thread in there). Basically, new people will need to attend a meeting in order to get approval to post.
