The ASA is running its Literary Speed Dating event again, on Friday 13th November 2015.
This is where you get a room full of publishers, agents and writers, and each writer gets 5 minutes to pitch their book to a publisher or agent. After five minutes, a horn goes off (which makes everybody in the room jump about 3 feet in the air), and you move on to the next one!
It's a great experience, and helps you get over the anxiety of pitching.
Book early, as it books out fast!
