Happy New Year, everyone!

The Sunday 28th January 2018 meeting will be held from 12pm to 3pm in the Shakespeare Hotel at 200 Devonshire Street in Surry Hills, which is about 5-10 minutes walk from Central station.

Come into the bar and head upstairs! We'll have our own room.

PLEASE NOTE if you are coming by car or bike: much of Devonshire Street has been closed off due to work on the tram line. Allow extra time to find your way around and find a park, or consider coming by public transport.

Here is a handy Google map.

Post into this thread about this meeting. Eg, whether or not you can come along, whether you need your arm twisted to finish that new story in time, etc.

Hi - I'd like to come along to your next meeting. I've never attended before, but it explicitly states on your site that you don't bite, so thought I would give it a try.

I'll post an extract from the book I'm working on, and start looking through the other items up there for review.

Looking forward to meeting you all - Glen.

Hi Glen, and welcome!

Stories for the next meeting are due this Sunday 21st, but some people are posting earlier. :)

See you on the 28th!

It appears we'll have at least eight people at next Sunday's meeting, so I've booked the three-table room upstairs at the Shakespeare.

And guys, please, please, please, get your stories up by today - it's really hard to get everything done with work when stories go up mid-week just before a meeting - especially if you're submitting something long....

IMPORTANT: If you're catching a train in on Sunday, check the timetables as there's industrial action and reduced train services.

Use the Trip Planner to plan your trip, and check for service changes.
